Take the Digital Hostility and Resilience Pilot Survey, where we ask everyday users to tell us a little about their experiences of online hostility, trolling, shaming, pile-ons and cyberbullying, how they cope with the issues, and their thoughts on how to have a better, kinder, friendlier internet.
The survey has been designed to collect anonymous data that will help researchers, policy-makers, platform stakeholders and members of the communjity understand the real, lived experience of online hostility and the innovative way people respond to, manage and deal with this common, everyday problem for online communication. Clearance for this research has been given by the Human Research Ethics Committee, No. 23875.
